The school accommodates children from ages 3 through 21 that have exhibited learning difficulties. At Harbor, they are in self-contained, ungraded classes of approximately 10 students. Hands-on multi-sensory teaching techniques are adapted for each child's individual learning style and pace.







Academic Program


The academic program covers all subject areas coupled with strong, individual behavior management planning. Certified teachers are aided by trained assistants, that provides for both small groups and individual instruction in small sized classes.

Life Skills Program


The Life Skills Program focus is on developing functional reading, math, telling time, using money, conversational skills, self-care, and leisure activities. Our community trips provide "real life"; hands-on experiences and the opportunity to apply acquired social and functional skills.
